What is Home Choice?

Our aim is to give tenants who are nominated for a new home at Silwood a choice on how their home will be finished.

Home Choice is dependent on early nominations.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to give Home Choice to tenants moving with the 1st phase, as the allocations will not be finalised in time. However, we anticipate that Home Choice will be made available to those moving to the Phase 2 homes and subsequent phases.

Residents will be able to choose their kitchens and bathrooms style/colours from a range. This would include unit door types, work surfaces and floor coverings. There would also be a choice of wall colours for the other rooms. All woodwork and sanitary ware will be white.
