Timetable of rebuilding at Silwood

View our chart (pdf 47k)* which shows how the Silwood estate will be rebuilt. The tower blocks will go and homes on a traditional street pattern with some low rise flats will be built. Keep watching this space and we'll bring you pictures of the first new homes.

The Master Planners for the area, BPTW, are responsible for the overall layout of the neighbourhood. Architects AFH Shaw Sprunt and PRP Associates design the homes and Groundwork are the landscape architects. Higgins Construction is the lead building company who will make the plans come to life.

It's all on video!

The regeneration work undertaken this year will be recorded on video by Spectacle Productions a video company who have been interviewing local people about what they think of what's happening.
