Who's in charge?

Regeneration at Silwood is being lead by Lewisham Council who are the accountable body for spending the money and who are working in partnership with Southwark Council.

To do this at a local level the Silwood SRB Team has been set up. The team has responsibility for the day to day running of the regeneration programme.

To provide expertise and independent decision making and overview the Silwood SRB Board has been set up. This is a Board of representatives from the local area, partners involved in the regeneration and residents living at Silwood.

Finally to make sure the wider community is consulted and involved the Silwood Residents Forum has been set up. This is an open meeting held every month so that residents can hear about what's happening and make suggestions.
